Hello everyone my Name is Collin, I am a 22 year old serial entrepreneur from a very small town called "Farmland, Indiana" I recently took up a interest in Real Estate.

I was 22.... and way too eager to prove myself.I sat in a hotel room in the Old Market, called up numerous banks and realtors, ready to go out there and stake out a piece of something for myself.

Find/Get a Team of members that are critical to help you get things done, are experienced at what you are doing, local, and will return your phone calls promptly.Another thing you ought to get done decides a plan and goals that are both written down and where you will see them and read them every day, have a office located where you will have less distractions.  

They have been great tenants with less than a handful of phone calls over the past 2 years.

To be honest, I've always just stuck a sign in the yard for my advertising and I always get at least 5 to 10 calls a day.

I'm currently reading a book called Laws of Wealth by Dr.

Most contractors I've called are either not equipped to do the retrofit, or are too big to want to deal with a small job.

The best starter book is called "Commercial Real Estate Investing for Dummies.' 

I “thought” they would come back and get the second in the next few days.Unfortunately four weeks went by and despite certified letters and phone calls to the previous owners from the realtor, it was never removed.Ultimately I paid a guy $275 to make it disappear.Obviously, I have not been happy having to deal with this problem for the last month and the fact that I had to pay for its removal is maddening.Especially since I feel that both realty companies, the previous owner and the contractor all walked away with my money and I was left holding this bag.In the future I will not make this mistake.But, my question to BP is whom should I attempt to get reimbursed?
