I like the fact that by having four people, we essentially can have more people to allocate towards each task while mitigating risk and learning errors in the early stages. 

Achieving the extraordinary is not a linear process, the secret is to put in the time every single day on meaningful tasks and to work through the many frustrating aspects of the journey. 

Is there a cheaper Internet alternative?  

Some apps are nice if they are able to operate without internet.

@Sam Leon This would be a single family residence, but I still would like to avoid any negative internet reviews. 

I’ll then have 5 working accounts associated with them, total, not each, and then funnel respective forwarding email addresses into them(a different forwarding email for each internet account), but realistically I’ll only have to check 5 inboxes.

I have tried using the internet, my social media, my friends/family, and talking to everyone I meet but haven’t made much progress!

Are there tasks that will be harder?

I would also consider a reduced rent arrangement for maintenance work like snow removal, landscaping, perhaps some small tasks around the place, but not cosmetic renovations. 

@Russell Brazil Are you referring to ease of access in finding lenders (internet, forums like BP etc), or can you expand on that?
