There might be a handful of people in the nation that fix and flip successfully and thats it, no other business for more than 5 yrs.There are hundreds or more likely thousands of investors that buy, rehab and hold successfully and have a pot of gold in their portfolio that keeps growing.I am going to offer the othe end of the stick here, I have 3 very good friends that are all engineers, and they would give their left n#t to be able to have the free time and job security that real estate has provided for my family and myself.

I suppose I shouldn`t be too surprised, as the previous owner had 3 dogs, but now it looks like I can add "Book Hotel room" to my to-do list for my upcoming trip down there this weekend, since I really don`t know what my neighbor`s definition of "a few" is, I have to assume the worst, a flea infestation.

The Fiat money system= Fed prints paper calls it money sells it at 6% to the Gov. who gives them more paper T-bills.They print 10 M loan 100 M with fractional lending practices (more money from nothing) thereby giving us loans with interest so we pay them more for there nothing.So we don't invest; we work to pay our debts but work hard so you can get good credit so you can owe us more interest & we can keep you working for us to pay it off.Are corpoations Fascist entities?
