In my 30 years in Tampa, I have seen that SFH's almost always fail to support themselves and if the Market is not in an uptrend, Monthly Cash Flow is not enough to make it work.

It is now a little over 6 years since then and I am still stuck at home and not working because I was lucky to be married to a woman who could support us both and our daughter.  

I called support and they told me I needed to search differently.
