I've found watching the trending posts keeps me the most interested.  

Anyone with experience owning/renting houses further West than Baynes St. or in the area around D'Youville how difficult is it to find good renters and any thoughts for how the neighborhoods are trending. 

Then you will have the confidence, capital and knowledge to do your first deal in style.

Those larger plant in the ground old style signs are so hard to get in and out.

We don't have the lovely San Diego weather or Baja style mexican food which I miss tremendously.
