I know golf as a sport has declined over the past few years, but with the world changing maybe outdoor sports such as golf will see a renaissance. 

It might not be a productive use of my time but it will be more entertaining than listening to the same old boring news and/or sports radio.

IMO, Breckenridge has it all of you want access to a vast trail system (all seasons/sports), recreation paths, events, and a walkable/bikeable lifestyle downtown.

When we go out to eat, enjoy leisure activities, or pay for travel sports- they know it is partly because of the buildings.

If it's clearly something where you went out and grabbed something off the shelf at Target and threw it in a bag, don't bother.

They understand their job is often difficult being the punching bag for both sides of a management transaction that can last for years. 

I charge $150 and allow up to two dogs - probably 75% of my guests have a dog because they’re coming for 4+ days usually - and we cater to that simply by having a doggy gate at the top of the deck and dog waste bags available.
