Not to mention you are going to be paying your loan for 30 years, where as my loan will likely be paid off in 20-25 years since the original home owner has already paid into that loan for a handful of years.I'm obviously not advocating that you should overpay for anything, I'm simply stating that you could overpay, and still be financially solid.
