Case in point: what appeared to be a normal 2-story house from the outside but we got inside and realized that the tiny, cramped central section of the house was a single wide trailer (yep, still had the axle underneath it) and they had expanded (with no rhyme or reason) on every side of the single wide - include building a second story on top of it!

Then I'd go get a used single wide for another $6-$8K and have it transported for another $4-$5K over to the lot with utilities already in place.

Hi BP,So I’ve widely heard around here that if you live in a house for 2 of the last 5 years that you don’t have to pay taxes on your gains if you’re single up to $250K.

Also Fort Hoot is huge and has a large capacity for soldiers, but as force levels change there are wide swings at times as to the number of soldiers stationed there.

BK attorneys will be contacting them.. realtors  Mortgage lenders.. so at the end of the day what starts at the wide part of the funnel and actually goes to sale comes out a small hole at the bottom.. that's kind of my thought. 

This obviously varies widely by building but for the most part it seems to end up somewhere in that range over the long term.
