@Frank Sanchez I have never had to walk away from a deal, but imagine that it would not be to hard to simply call the deal off and just inform the agent the inspection was unsatisfactory.  

I was simply paraphrasing what the lawyer/realtor told me to see what others' opinions were on the matter.
