The shopping centers to the East were pretty much destroyed from what I remember.I'm looking at $800k+ purchase prices, so my immediate thought is are they getting $2000/month rent per unit or something close to that? 

Check with your agent and/or shop for the pricing of that new policy to factor that into your calculations
