If you really ramp up the marketing, build a team to field leads and market your deals then you can get as high as 20-30 per month but that is really rocking and rolling. 

Compared to other programs, Renatus ROCKS and is way way way over the top.

One contractor said moisture is coming through a hole in the exterior stucco, but another said no way because the vapor barrier would block it. 1st one recommended installing insulation, but I've also read this can increase condensation problems.
