CB has a relocation arm that is huge.

I'm looking to relocate for work and I'm having trouble finding suitable multi-families so I'm thinking about renting a room and/or an AirBnB in a single family. 

I am looking to relocate to somewhere that has a better market for cheaper small multifamily units and warmer climate.

I think relocation money would be nice and help ease the process...maybe offer to give them a portion of their deposit back early to use for their next deposit and offer a bonus for leaving a clean place behind, in addition to refunding the rest of their deposit.

He has zero patience for this and will soon be relocating to Texas for this purchase.

I moved to Long Beach in 2007 then relocated to the Los Angeles area.

It makes sense to a degree and allows for mobility should you want to relocate later.
