You should rent the space furnished, internet included, and some dollar amount of utilities included.

Since housing is fairly affordable in this area, individuals can find their own place without a shared space at a similiar price.

The financial qualifications are in place for a reason and they are more relaxed than I’ve ever seen them.

Also, if you have open spaces like open piping in the floor by a radiator or something like that, get some steel wool and fill the hole. 

This is even more crucial in the short term rental space as income and performance can vary wildly between property managers.
