As a landlord, I recently received a Request for Proposal ("RFP") from a non-profit that is seeking office space. 

He then deeded the property to a trust that has the LLC (officers and members) as a beneficiary (all based on advise received from multiple sources).

A family friend is financing a twin home building project and will receive a percent of the profits when the homes sell.

Since we are currently in the busy tax season it got me thinking...Will we have to pay 2018 (next April) income taxes on the cash we will be receiving after our refinance goes through?

Will he, or she, do the actual drafting of the contracts( Wholesale, purchase agreement, etc.) and documents I'll need?

I hate receiving interest!

But, this is currently the best offer that I have received.

We've speculated that the offers may have been rejected because of the due diligence period being 7+ days, or perhaps being contingent on inspection, but have received no feedback from the agents as to the true cause. 

When you receive a fine  they will each be assessed a $15 fine.

I receive either a covered hotel room or a housing Stipend, $100/day.I'm opting to choose the stipend bc rent averages $1500/month here, which means I can pocket $1500/month.
