So even if you're the winning bidder, they will re-list the property at the same price or a slightly lower price.

I have several lawyers in my family, but none that are specifically RE attorneys.  

@Scott Smith he specializes in RE asset protection.

I can understand why insurance agents, RE agents, wholesalers and loan officers send me colleague requests (in hopes of getting business), but even then - even if they do send me a message they'll pretty much never follow-up later on. 

This is great if you are new to RE investing. 

I'm a Realtor and my husband & I are looking to get started in RE investing.

I am in a situation where electrical wire needs to be re-routed for about 6 ft...

However,  in EVERY case, they simply want to leverage our expertise (have us do all the work), so that they can re-sell a property to their network for $11-15K MORE than what we would be charging the investor directly. 

Needless to say, anyone who owned RE was pretty happy.
