I know that the dishes can be alleviated with good management practices, but that just seems like a lot of random people to be served by one kitchen, and likewise with the bathrooms and shower situation.I'm grateful for any insight or advice that you all have to offer!

You can very easily make it extremely hard to find the real buyer by using trust etc. but Someone could go have a random person by a house under their name and lease it to a shell company and I don’t need a wholesaler.

I tried calling the law firm that the trustee is at, but got some random person who said they couldn't tell me anything.

I also ran into issues with Paypal where they viewed random transactions as security threats and prevented me from sending any money for a 24-48 hour period.

Thanks for your input. ask the town or county (officers may know ask for code enforcement) where i live ,Irmo, SC, the town does not allow them. neither does some random harbison association, but the county only areas dont care. i put some up for my firework stands and the code enforcement people simply brought them back to me(called) and told me not to put them back up.... so i put it across the street which is in the county only and outside of their jurisdiction. all was good.

A random company offering this, because the risk gets put on you, you should be leery.What is your budget/price range?
