Anyone who is using both system can share if AIRCRE listings and comps are on the same level as Costar?

@Nacho Orta It's best to make sure all the systems are working before they move in.

One feeds outdoor hose bibbs and sprinkler systems, and they are not billed for sewage for this line.

I don't know of any system like that right now.

For large apartment complexes, CoStar is pretty good since they own Apartments.com and property managers feed data directly into the system.

Most of the updates are cosmetic throughout, but the house has an old boiler /radiator system for heating (no ductwork is installed).

You should always check out the major systems in the property i.e. the roof, the A/C, the water heater, the foundation, etc..
