it is no different then wall street, most companies make you inturn for a year with no pay or client retention before you even get a spot. the reason for this is because the rewards are so high and a reputation can be ruined in 2 minutes by fowling up a transaction so the firms want to make sure that the people representing their clients are worthy. these are investors with hundreds of millions of dollars here, what makes anyone think that investor should work with them when they have nothing to offer the investor but an idea?

I would say over the long term, on average, you will talk to 10-12 people in order to actually show to 4 or 5 prospects, and get 1-2 good quality applications; 7-10 days would be an average vacancy period, assuming minimal change of occupancy maintenance.It really is dependent on your local market, and the specific unit, as I have had MANY same day COO, and MANY six weeks or more, not counting actual repair time.

hi, i am Midas from northern california. i own a mortgage firm called Midas Financial Group with 50 state lending and 13 state real estate capability. i got into this business by accident due to a near fatal injury and it was the best thing that ever happened to me besides my wife and 5 kids with another on the way. i love this biz and i am now getting into buying large reo portfolios which is a great way to meet some unique people across the globe. i hope to learn alot from you pros on here and if i can i will be glad to throw out any help i can.

They are a brokerage firm that allows you to trade (10x per day/40x per month) stocks for free and has low account minimums.The url is zecco.com and it looks pretty legit.

If you do leave it, and have supply or drain side leaks, you end up tearing out all the other new work to fix it.If you choose to do nothing, and the rest of the home is "fresh", then the bathroom becomes a big detractor, and will affect the quality and number of prospective applicants.Of course, if you are just flipping, glazing the tub, surround, and sink fixture can make a HUGE appearance improvement for very low investment, and you can pick the latest designer colors!

If he has breached the contract you can sue him to have ihe contract voided or talk to the broker or owner of the firm he works for to try to have it voided.
