I cannot think of a single area in town where there isn't significant demand for rentals.I'm local so if you want some specific advice or help please reach out, I'm happy to help.Unpermitted additions often are not an issue if the construction is done properly. 

The rent was $1895 and the fee was $3411 and he was so "kind" to make an easy number and offered me $3000 in fee. 

Maybe they will let me off easy if I'm friendly enough with them.

So I started looking into real estate investing, the fact that the terminology was easy for me to grab is what drew me in.

My tenant's year long lease is coming due and they would like to extend for another 6 months.  In doing so, the price will go up a little bit and the end date will, of course, be changed.Can this be done with a 1 page...

You still need to worry proper maintenance, proper insurance and umbrella insurance, proper property management, etc.

Like I said, I had a similar situation, and if you place all of the pieces properly on the board, you already have a recipe for success.
