Are there any places that look particularly promising?

We've been analyzing every deal she sends that comes from that area, so far we haven't run across many properties that look promising.

The area seems promising, but here is what I found about the house!

I finally found a 4 Plex with promise through a local wholesaler.

I agree - the bank guy on phone said the builder will pay for any delay as per purchase agreement, but i dont believe in phone promises, and have emailed him to confirm.

Where the guru's get a bad name is they over promise to get you in the course.

Most importantly, he needs to make sure there are no liens on the property. (2) He should distinguish between renting with an option to buy, and renting with a promise to buy in the future.
