What would be the advantages of the BRRRR method here in Houston compared to traditional flipping?

AHW have paid for new water heaters, , propane  plumbing, washer dryer repair, as well as replacing other appliances, such as a refrigerator and a dishwasher.  

If you want to address plumbing and/or electric, your contractors will typically want each tier to be vacant at the same time.
