I was chair of the redevolment committee in the city's Vision 2020 project, his efforts at the time were impacting the Jordan Valley area and it was hard trying to keep up with his proposals.

Institutional buyers really don't impact me or the small landlords I know.

@Wayne Brooks - Sounds like lienholders in CA typically never see subsequent offers on short sales which makes me curious - Should material info that could impact the value of the transaction not be shared with all stakeholders.
