I think you may have your understanding backwards as a very common strategy is for people to contribute to their 401(k) through their employer to get the full match, and then roll those contributions into a ROTH account at the IRS maximum per year (currently $7k).

If you guys could help breakdown the fees involved with the hard money loan, and the refi with the bank, that would help tremendously 🤟🏼

Remember not to accept anything other than cash or hard money if you are assigning a property since conventional, FHA, and VA lenders flag assignment fees.  

I would 100% run these questions through your RE Attorney, but if you're looking to be best protected I would venture to say one property per trust/LLC (however your RE Attorney might suggest this is overkill).

Due to this they refunded me $33, and refuse to help with the $425 towing fee I incurred while they were storing my vehicle for me.

My goal is to retire off of my monthly rental profits and my target number is $11K per month. 

The studies being released show how different industries appear to be increasing their profits with hidden or bogus fees that can harm consumers and companies that have honest business practices. 

Also need to look into the purchase price, renovation budget, and then potential rents per month.
