I've never been a fan of any "template" letters.

I'm realizing the amount of info thats on the forums but it's overwhelming figuring out how to navigate and where to start.This is my first forum ever and I'm extremely passionate about real estate so thanks for the info and contacts

* hits the fan its a lot cheaper to refer to your operating agreement than to each hire lawyers and pay them $300 an hour to talk to each other while you sit in the corner regretting not hashing out details up front.

Personally, I think a lot of it has to do with passion.

REI is really the only thing I'm passionate about in terms of a career but until I have gotten to the point where my REI activities can sustain themselves, I'm going to run under the assumption that I cannot rely on that in terms of long term income and try to pursue a "corporate" career.

The former owner ripped the ceiling fans out of all the rooms.

The mold issue was because of an exhaust fan from bath room venting into the attic and casued some mold.
