Hello everyone! I happen to stumble onto BP podcast and haven't stop listening since. Active duty military and with my upcoming schedule I would love to start making more deals when I get back. 

I return to this poem whenever I have self-doubt, so find that quote or bit of knowledge you can refer to whenever you need to be grounded.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

However is some cases the "test subjects"  seemed to have long term negative effects afterward; some with mental health issues.At times radio stations will hold a "sleep deprivation marathon" where an announcer will go without sleep for an extensive period of time. 

The goal is to find what you want to do and become a master on that specific subject, for example, I'm an active duty Marine and I'm currently station in Japan so the books that I'm reading now are Long-Distance Real Estate Investing and the BRRRR by @David Greene this book are in line with my particular situation and fit my overall strategy.
