Highly unprofessional and unnecessary expensive !  

A lot less and better quality, I’m in Detroit you can imagine all the junk the big three brings here and making low quality cars.

If you're putting in a new kitchen and other items does the capex need to be that high?

All I can offer is do it right. 

. $300 was more than I would have offered.

If pressed, I would only offer "we made a business decision", but even that is going to prolong a conversation you would prefer not to even have.
