If she was present and you knocked, she permitted you to come in you have no problem. She sounds like a problematic tenant, and I would non-renew her at my first chance, if she ever tried to pressure me with such a letter.I would not respond to the letter.I'd keep the names of the workers that were there to have if she does file a complaint.

Since she is a dual agent, maybe try an appointment with her managing broker, bring a letter in writing and be prepared to discuss that you felt you were pressured into making the offer with the high earnest money deposit and no contingencies (especially if that was the agent's idea and not yours) and that you feel the agent should have pointed out the high-power wires so close to the property (although since they are right there, you probably should have noticed them yourself so not the best excuse), that apparently there were many offers so the seller should not have much trouble selling to someone else quickly and that you want the contract released with your full deposit back due to feeling like you were not represented to your satisfaction and didn't really understand that she was not representing your interests.

I've seen suggestions to reach out to realtors and interview them. 1) I don't know what to ask 2) I don't want to lead someone on and 3) I don't want any pressure just so they can get a deal done (I've been a contingent recruiter and appreciate why that pressure would be there).Once you pick a city - how do you all pick a suburb or neighborhood??

Not sure if he was mad for all I had said to pressure him or if he was embarrassed because he knew I was right to be upset at the lack of information. Before I left for the closing I sent my agent a letter that basically said that anyone who signs it is acknowledging that closing was taking place that day and that after that day I was no longer responsible for any expense of the property.
