I havent pulled the trigger yet on anything and am still in the learning stage but just finding good resources to trust can be hard.

It takes less than a week to get one setup in MA so no need to pull the trigger and spend the money to early.When will you need it?

I'm looking to get into my first investment property and have been pulling the trigger on a few properties.

I've come across a couple of section 8 properties that make sense financially but I'm not sure if I want to pull the trigger on those due to the location and type of tenenants.

This way when you are ready to pull the trigger your numbers are spot on. 

When you clearly define your goals as an investor and then set an action plan, it should be a lot easier to finally pull the trigger.

This will technically trigger a due on sale clause but theres ways around it

The reason most people have fear and can't pull the trigger (I really hate that expression) is because they don't have the knowledge they need in regards to doing the math to analyze properties and I didn't make the jump from single-family properties to fairly large apartment buildings until someone explained the math I am posting in this thread.
