Do you plan on self-managing (you should)?

Market Supply remains relatively flat matching listing inventory indicating a stable buyer’s pool.

If so, how did you manage it?

In this market, appraisals have been coming in pretty low (relative to the market), but in general. 

I do sometimes wonder if I may be too naive to invest in real estate because of things like this.You will definitely have to hire a Property Manager because of your inexperience.

I’ll have our property manager’s contractor handle this (or do you think I’m better off hiring a plumber?)
