There is a lot to learn, but I am one of those people that will not give up until I have succeeded.

Can I ask what your system is of investing in properties in other cities currently? 

Some 401K systems you can borrow from them and pay yourself back at a interest. 

Don't forget to put in some sturdy bedroom doors and a keying system you can control for both the front door and each bedroom if you are going to rent them individually.

It sure is a lot to learn but I'm looking forward to it.

People have been grabbing them up since they put in the new rail system by the schools. 

If you make more than that you are actually in the upper middle class...If only people learned personal finance in the school system.

We can't afford to buy a house or condo already built but we can and are planning to buy a half acre to acre lot to build a home on in Eagle, CO not too far away.

Even when I'm aware and I default a borrower for doing this, if I can see that there is progress with a refinance, I'll usually file my NOD to "Alert" the parties that I'm not playing (and to start the clock in case the transaction falls apart...happens all the time) but, i'll hold off on publishing (my scenario assumes non judicial foreclosure, meaning, not using the court system) to give them time to facilitate the transaction.

You might know that the house needs work but an inspection will allow you to know how much (and at least check major systems) before you commit.
