I am looking for some sort of guidance on investing in section 8 rentals in Puerto Rico.

I do not have the finances to make a down payment on any property at the moment.

I have a $115 loan at 2.25% on a 15 year note.

I have been playing around with python to build financial models and wanted to get some tips on how to make my models more user friendly and better at solving common pain points.

I don't know Fremont specifically that well, and local market drivers could change my perspective, but looking at the 3 year trend on sale price I think you'd do well to hold 6-24 months if at all possible.

So our hopes at reconsideration based on on the historical permit records are slim to none.So it looks like our only move here is to prove that the coach house has been existing as residential for at least 20 years and get an administrative adjustment. 

Now really looking to develop and new builds.

Now I'm more concerned about making a living and building cash and you can only do that through flipping, not rentals.
