Or at least see if you know of any LL in the area that would be willing to help you out.But like everyone else said there is definitely a lot you need to consider right now before proceeding on, but at face value it definitely looks like it is worth putting some time into evaluating the deal.

I think this could allow any medium sized LL or PM to be able to report rent accounts both helping a tenant's credit and allowing a credit report of a prospective tenant to possibly contain more useful information.

They will "pull title" before the closing and discover the seller, you in a double closing, are not even the owner (because you haven't yet closed the first half of the double closing.)
