I have read may books and listening to all the podcasts specially BP and trying to start growing my network.

@Matthew Sipes you might want to listen to last BP podcast # 468, Q & A, guy called from CA & David's advice was to buy house hack in best area you can reasonably afford, given this will be payed off by you/ your tenants & reliably appreciate over long term.
