Some fix and flippers obsess over how much the wholesaler is making, and don't buy the deal even if it would've been a positive transaction for the fix n flipper.When I wholesale, I take a pretty small amount as I want the end buyer to have the largest amount of the profit (they're taking on the most risk and deserve the most reward).

You've also owned it the longest, and if you were to sell, your tax liability would probably be the largest since there'd be a gain and depreciation to pay back, etc.
