Hey @Abel CurielThanks for replying and I had written a couple of stuff in this post but i had to delete it because it was against some policies like asking for a mentor.

I wouldn't start until after 8 if it is quiet stuff, after 9 if it is louder, but if they are working from home it might be harder.

I explained that since Marcus is a thief (he owes me money and stole some stuff from Bob), I am not obligated to host known criminals with known substance abuse problems in my duplex.

Some schools say martial arts but really they do a lot of extreme MMA type stuff where you have a bunch of newbie's with limited control and big ego's.

I am following AND sharing w/ my husband who is the finance/#'s guy -- he needs to see bigger pockets has stuff GOING ON :))

The stuff on the market is overpriced, so I'm thinking off-market may be the best way to go.

As long as you have access to a lot of capital to fund renovations, vacancy, and unexpected items, not to mention can handle the stress,  and trust me--t will be a lot, and it's a lot of stuff no one  (except BP!)

The limited number of international workers willing to work low income jobs during the summer months has definitely taken its toll on our area.
