The rental, in my opinion, would be considered low maintenance since it recently had a new roof installed, electric baseboard heating (no furnace to fail), and a new water heater installed 4 years ago.So here's the questions:Is renting it out with the current financing worth considering?

Jassem, when I got my unit installed, the installer told me that if I call him and tell him the unit is not working right, and he finds that the filter is ancient and used up, then I won't be covered by the warranty, so I need to be extra careful with that.

You could look into doing a sub2/wrap, transferable lease-option, installment contract, or JV with the seller I would speak with a local real estate attorney and find out which option makes the most sense
