If the water utility is not separately metered, then the landlord will need to pay the bill and factor in the cost into the rent.If the unit is marketed as including utilities.

Tenant's General Responsibilities: Tenant, at Tenant's expense, must:pay any periodic, preventive, or additional extermination costs desired by Tenant, including treatment for bedbugs, unless otherwise required by law;"I would double check, but as long as you have been reasonably proactive to try and help with pest control, the tenant doesn't have the right to cancel the lease for pest issues.

Since 20 days notice is required, the next foreclosure date will be the first Tuesday of the month following the expiration of 20 days (foreclosures in Texas are all carried out the first Tuesday of every month).The trustee will charge for this service, which includes notification, by both regular and certified mail to the borrower, filing of notice of intent to foreclose with the County, and holding the trustee sale (auction) on the prescribed date.
