I will assume the same rate of return for reinvested money. 

Find the team you think will be a good steward of your money and will give you a great investor experience. 

The properties you inherit are rarely the properties you would have bought with your own money. 

This kitchen is a battle you can choose to confront or sidestep but don't blow money trying to do half a job and get no return.  

It's unlikely to cash flow, meaning you are losing money every month.

also, spend the money on professional pictures. it shouldn't cost too much and you don't get a chance to make a 2nd impression.

Most I know who've done this in the past say it's not worth the time and money.

Instead of renting, move that money into a more valuable asset and continue building equity.

Short term deals don't really exist here as they are illegal in the surrounding area for the most part.
