Equal housing laws are for housing, not commercial real estate, so there would have been no point in him trying to sue anyone by assuming the "anti-restaurant" bias was actually "anti-his-nationality-food-type" bias (also, at least in his case, it wasn't...)."

My guess is that we'll see ATL southwest markets like Oakland City and Sylvan Hills gentrify more rapidly before Westside receives much attention.

The extra bedroom May increase interest in the property, but when people actually walk through the house and see how small the room is and that they will have to go to the garage to do laundry I do not believe it would help the sale in most cases.

Also keep in mind your septic may pass inspection in the summer when you buy your property, then actually fail in the winter rains.
