Patrick, I believe that is my next move because my area is not that big and I can use global imaging and street view technology to identify most of the potential candidates without even leaving my desk, so I plan to start letter writing.  

The thing about Florida is that there are a lot of concerns with regard to Global Warming and the potential of it going underwater due to the rising sea level (that likely won't happen too soon, but whether you believe in it or not, it is something to be aware of).
