.$250,000 can go a long way in tertiary markets (Midwest 👍) and over time you could make real estate a full time living with that starting capital.And IMO, you won't worry too much about a 2.8% fixed loan or an 8% fixed loan.Money makes money.God Bless America heheJust my opinion and wishing you the best 🙏
