I was just talking to someone about the market there with how people who are doing fix and flips are seeing some real good returns and changing neighborhoods.

Tulsa looks like a better fit if you're looking for out of state as it returns will be much better

It is now time for me to take that experience and evolve it to fit what I wish to do.

I am still trying to get a feel for the area, but I will be visiting sometime in the spring to check out some neighborhoods before I move down.Are you finding deals in the Midwest city area easier to come by than deals in the trendy Northwest OKC area or surrounding suburbs?

Its in a C neighborhood, but not in the war zone, mostly families on section 8 rentals in that area of town.

@Norman Souto As @Alina Trigub points there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

We are looking for a home more on the east side of the valley right now and will be there on July 11th or 12th to house hunt, so if any wholesalers have a house in a good school district that will fit a family of 8 I'd be interested in talking with you.
