I have been looking around for Maine banks or credit unions that will do a line of credit but have hit some road blocks.

My question is, firstly, are most banks ok with this putting one name on the mortgage but where that person really only owns half the property because there are 2 names on the title? 

Although the bank accepted my offer, they refused to get the process in motion.

It makes no matter how much money you have in the bank until you pay off bad debt you actually have no savings.

I have always used cash or checks in the past, but now I use Cozy.co and enjoy it for the most part, BUT, I did have a tenant claim online fraud and Cozy pulled the tenants deposit from my account 15 days after it was paid.
