Could anyone refer a general contractor experienced in 203k rehabs in the Norfolk, VA (23508) area?

Here’s the bottom line:No financial risk to partner = no motivation = can pack up his tool bag and leave.No contract can secure yourself and your investment when it comes to this type of partnership - there are too many what ifs and what to do on that if.Best case: Hire him as contractor, pay his invoice, move to the next deal.

We live in Germany (US contractor) but invest mainly in Florida. 

Does anyone know a general contractor that does 203k in the New Bedford area, Massachusetts?

You say potential so does that mean vacant pads where you have to plop down a home or develop infrastructure ( i.e. roads ,sewer, electric   )   .  

One has a non-functioning wall-mounted gas heater and the other one has an electric baseboard heater.

I've had a really hard time finding contractors to even get bids and that is through Thumbtack and Home Depot, they are all super busy.

It’s funny you ask one of the houses I am looking at is on a slab with all electric heat.

My main contractor doesn't have the resources to complete both projects at the same time.

Often gas is preferred over electric
