You want to make sure if you’re the bird dog, that you’re dealing with reputable people because they could stiff you and your recourse would be minimum if anything at all.

The part where I can make or break my career in the next couple of months -  One of the top dog managers at our company has hired me as his agent, he is a close friend and I am out right committed to doing whatever I can to land him in a profitable deal. 

On the other end of the spectrum, you have the properties in the areas with gang shootings, drug raids, low performing schools, and the neighbors with 5 aggressive dogs that attack the fence anytime someone walks within sight of them.

I get to watch the dog and cat :)I can say this though its one place I can totally wind down and relax especially on a sea day... 

I use a LG neckband bluetooth headset to listen to podcasts on my morning walk with the dog.

Could look something like “I’m willing to act as a bird dog/runner for investors in these 5 area codes.  

Although I think a conservation of some sort is the best option before eviction as paying late has been established as an acceptable behavior.

I get it, we all start somewhere, but it has to be a deal because anxious behavior will lead to destruction at some point when buying on pure speculation and future projections.
