Whenever I see someone detail goals of reaching number of doors and utilizing section 8 rentals, I immediately assume you are buying low barrier real estate.

FHA and conventional may have different guidelines for a % of square foot, but I would guide you away from a larger bank lender and more to a real estate lender.

As a new real estate investor this is simply too large a project for me to try and tackle, but I know this forum is full of quality investors who care about their tenants and are always looking for a deal!
