The weather is constantly changing everywhere....the causes are up for debate.

Main things are the items you mentioned yourself: flooring, paint, counters.One thing I've been debating as well is the cost vs. benefit of a nicer countertop such as granite or quartz.

A credit score...not so much.I assume this debate is more of the concept of "reliable in what".A report will help show if they are financially reliable based on the bureau's requirements but it is not a strong indication they are overall reliable. 

But kudos to you @Michael Ealy for rousing up the debate on BP in addition to finding what works for you. 

Another age old debate that will bring a multitude of opinions from both sides.

I appreciate all the advice, tax wisdom, people debating options, some stating I was cheating the system, I looked at all the feedback around gap years, etc.

I ask your reply, not because I'm trying to prove myself "right"....I have this debate with my wife....who wants the rental mortgages paid off someday.

It just makes for an interesting debate becuase this robo-signing fiasco has caused many off-shoot business models that actually work in the interim.

I have debated about investing there for quite some time but your points above have always steered me off.
