I have no hard data to back this claim up besides personal experience and I don't intent to paint with too broad of a brush, but the sheer amount of people I run into here on BP and in my local area that are thinking of 'starting a fund' or 'syndicating this deal' with less than five deals under their belt and not finance background blows my mind.

Hi Sasha,We do not currently support an integration with Intacct or Quickbooks, but that is something we will be considering further down the line.Right now we have job costing, estimating, budgeting & tracking for projects so you can track expenses against your budget and forecast budget overages, but it is not meant to be a full blown accounting system.I understand you probably want to avoid double data entry & make sure your project books match your accounting books, which is tough when you have a separate Project Management software from your Accounting software.

People are more likely to dig into something and estimate costs for you (to get your some data points) when you have a specific situation/project and possible solution proposed.Other advice would be to see places and get used to walking around the Menards/Lowes/Home Depots of the world to more quickly be able to reference standard stuff like lumber, finish materials, windows, etc...

I may source my leads from zillow, listsource, or the county records directly, and there may be overlap in that data where I have duplicate property addresses.2) I'm a little overwhelmed by the different outcomes for each lead.
