Sites like Zillow seem to compare properties that aren't all that similar and their rent estimates seem inaccurate.Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

lead management , CRM , sms , ringless voicemail , email - followup systemour company has been looking at several customer relationship management systems. we do not need websites. we are interested in followup systems, based on frequency. email is sent weekly, followed up by sms sent weekly, followed up by ringless voicemail sent weekly.. we have noticed that many online softwares, are either too complicated, or too limiting.

Again, what’s the solution?

Their job is to take complaints from citizens and City Counsel members concerning long-term problem locations and find solutions.

That said, we prefer NOT to do that and instead have the customers check a box that describes whats in the unit when they sign the lease.  99 times out of 100 they are storing "household goods" so that's what we use!

First option is to purchase a distressed Property and use a FHA 203k loan to fix it up.Second options is to buy some land for around $45k and do a custom build.Need a house between 1,800-2200sqftLooking to spend between $210-$230kWhich scenario do y'all think would provide more equity? 

They simply like to allure customers or potential customers to get their offerings, and then after papers would be signed up - they will do amazed faces and saying that you knew about all the terms and policies, hah.
