Like anything else right now you need to constantly be looking at deals. 

But this property didn't flood, the roof didn't leak, and Adriel was out there that night sending me pictures of it and in constant contact through the whole day.

I'm constantly thinking about ways to be different or learning new skills or finding new deals or doing podcast interviews.

I did have one nightmare tenant that constantly complained.
